Wall Toran

‘Toran’ is a symbol of celebrations and prosperity in Indian culture, which is hung on the doors or windows of homes and offices during festivals.Traditionally It is hand made with Mango and asopalav tree leaves along with fresh marigold flowers.

These are also made using crafts, beads and textile off cut panels by joining them with hand stitches and embroideries along with beads and colouful hangings, sometimes also attaching small birds and animals.

In this collection of Toran or here Wall toran, various panels are joint in a unique way and have been decorated with, block prints, embroidery using various ideations.

Pushing the boundaries to enhance the beauty of walls or doors , we have used upcycling methods and added ideations which sync with the culture of Gujarat and the entire country, like kites, hand embroideries and also used denim off cuts.

Each Wall toran has a story to narrate, each panel made lovingly and patiently to bring about a silent bright spot in the corner of your home,office or your abode.
