As heritage crafts remain my forever inspiration, the textile collectibles have been my open canvas where I can push creative boundaries.
In this textile painting as the title suggest craft of block printing and fabric manipulation technique are applied side by side. One corner is also dipped in natural dye, which makes three techniques applied in one frame. There is no plan in the design and deliberate unfinished and worn out effect has been added in areas to create vintage look.
It can be hung with the help of loops, or can be displayed organically. Thick lining is available to hang the wall piece in balance.
